What we do

  • Painting

    Interior and exterior paint for houses, townhouses, rentals, and commercial spaces. The wall is cleared and prepped before the first coat.

  • Appliance repair

    Stoves, microwaves, dishwashers, fridges, hood fans, ceiling fans, lights, thermostats, baseboard heaters, and power outlets, fixed when they fail.

  • Appliance install

    Stoves, microwaves, dishwashers, fridges, hood fans, ceiling fans, lights, thermostats, baseboard heaters, and power outlets, set in and connected.

  • Renovations

    Kitchens, bathrooms, and single rooms brought back to a finished standard. Drywall, paint, and the work that makes a house or rental ready.

  • Flooring

    Floors installed and refinished in houses, townhouses, and rental units. The room is cleared first, and the edges are finished, not left rough.

  • Ceilings

    Cracks, stains, and damaged ceilings repaired and painted. Patches are finished so the ceiling matches the walls.

Cover plates come off. Shelving comes down. Shelf supports come out of the wall. Then the area is prepped, and only then does the paint go on.

Every plate comes off the wall before paint. Switches and outlets are left clear, not painted over.

Shelves come down. They do not stay up to be cut in around.

Standards and supports come out of the wall. The holes are dealt with in the prep, not painted around.
The area
The room is prepped before any color. Floors, edges, and what was taken down are kept out of the paint.
